Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Because Apni Kundli Khud Samjho and Number Ka Raaz are immediate digital downloads (delivered as PDF files to your registered email right after payment), access is granted instantaneously upon successful transaction.

Unlike physical items, digital goods cannot be physically returned once delivered. Therefore, all sales of digital products are generally non-refundable once the download links have been generated and sent to the customer.

2. When Are Refunds or Support Granted?

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and offer full support or refunds under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If your bank account was accidentally charged more than once for the same order, we will verify the duplicate charge and immediately process a 100% refund for the extra payment.
• Non-Delivery / Delivery Issues: If you did not receive your email with download links within 1 hour of purchase due to a technical error, typo in email ID, or server issue, please contact us immediately. We will manually send your guides via alternate email or WhatsApp. If we fail to deliver your files, a full refund will be issued.
• Corrupted or Defective Files: If a downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable, our support team will provide replacement files immediately.

3. How to Request Assistance or a Refund

To request assistance with an order, duplicate charge refund, or delivery issue, please email our support team with your payment details:

• Your Registered Name
• Email Address used during checkout
• Payment Transaction ID / UPI Reference Number
• Date and approximate time of payment

4. Refund Processing Time

Once an approved refund is processed by our team, it typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the funds to reflect back in your original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card), depending on your bank's settlement cycle.
